I took the sedative…. my nerves were really jumping too much and I just felt like crying. I ate a banana and some blueberries an hour before and then tried to eat another banana before taking this first pill. I had a real hard time with it and chucked it in the trash. Just made me wanna gag. I just can’t eat being nervous so hopefully the banana and blueberries prior will be enough. Taking a big water bottle with me as well.

Lyn’s on her way home now. Think I’ll lay down and let this pill take affect. I”m scared! Really scared!
