Two weeks ago, well, nearly two weeks ago, I had my impressions done to get my permanent bottoms made. In order to get these impressions, Dr. Nirav needs to remove my bottom temporary bridge with this device. I asked Lyn what it looked like etc because the way it sounds is completely different. Well, in the interim of removing my bottom temps, they broke in about 3 or 4 different parts. After the impressions were made, he had asked Lyn if he thought that I could go without the bottoms until new ones were made and she said no. She knows me well!

So he tells Lyn new temps would be made and probably would call me in about 3 to 5 days.  Would it be possible for me to come in without sedation to have them put on? Sure… no problem. I think I can handle that.

Tick… tock…. tick…. tock….

I’m still waiting and in TWO days I’m supposed to have my permanents. Now I’m thinking that isn’t gonna happen. If its taking this long for a plastic bridge, I don’t image my permanents will be ready on Tuesday.

What’s worse is what’s left of this bridge is breaking away bit by bit and I’m finding it very difficult to eat. I can now see part of my implant post. I’m annoyed and frustrated and wish this would all just hurry up and end already!
